At Empower U, we are committed to delivering valuable coaching and learning experiences. Due to the digital and time-sensitive nature of our programs, we have a clear refund and cancellation policy:
1. Coaching Sessions & Consultations
Once booked and confirmed, no refunds will be issued for 1-on-1 sessions.
Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations will be considered as availed.
If we cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or rescheduled session.
2. Online Courses, Bootcamps & Workshops
No refunds will be provided for digital courses, live webinars, or bootcamps once access has been granted or the session has started.
For multi-day workshops, if you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to a future batch (subject to availability) with at least 48 hours’ notice.
3. Group Programs
For long-term coaching or group programs, partial refunds may be considered only if cancellation is requested before the program begins, minus processing fees.
Once the program starts, no refunds will be given.
4. Duplicate or Error Payments
If you believe you were charged in error or made a duplicate payment, contact us immediately. Valid errors will be refunded after verification, typically within 5–7 business days.
